In the section labeled "Name," you can delete that and replace it with the name of your clan. Put that into your search bar and hit enter to edit. In my above welcome message, you'll find a link to editing page guides. Those should help. Once you have that done, I'll get back to you on anything necessary that hasn't been done. Remember to make sure you meet all requirements on Category:Clans.
