It is currently the monster with the fifth highest damage in game, first being Miltonius, second being Stalagbite, third being Wolfwing, and fourth being Taro Blademaster. It's damage varies from 158 to 328 every time he hits you unless it misses. It's level, MP, and HP are also same as Frost Dragon.
It was summoned by the Grand Inquisitor when he collected enough mana to summon it to put an end to the existance of Magic Users by using this beast to feed on them.

The animation from the Necromancer in Ash's story in DF has Belrot attack Ash with his two horns from his back.
There is blood on the horns growing out of his back.
His claws are made up of 6 Fiend Stickers.
It has switched to inside lobby of Citadel. Then, while you're about to fight Grand Inquisitor, you see Belrot slained on the throne.
It appears similar to the monster found in one of Ballyhoo's ADs in DF.
The slain Belrot still blinks.
If you look closely you can tell that Belrot's claws appear to have a purple aura of Chaos. Belrot also seems to use Chaos powers as well.

What was the source of the "history" written below? 'Cause I hesitate to believe it.

I see no reason to leave the bit that fiend means satan there. Also, Stalagbite hits harder. c: Bishopp 05:14, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
