I'm glad you took an interest in Requiem. It's been tough getting recruits of late :/ Out of curiosity, what other clans did you consider?
The reason I'm writing to you here is because it's been extremely difficult to meet people in-game lately, as can be seen from a botched attempt to meet up with an alliance we've been considering, the Meridional Winds. So I'm going to just interview you here a little bit before letting you into the clan site. From there on out, you'll be an official member of the clan.
So, what made you look at clans at all in the first place? What do you look for in a clan? Do you enjoy PvP more, or hanging out on the forums more? I saw that you were interested in the Elites, but what kind of direct fighting do you look into? Would you mind verbal attacks from other clans we've been involved with? Can you hold your cool in an argument? The last one's especially important. Our clan's a mixed bag of talents, and some of those talents involve testing out new members to see how well they carry themselves as people.

Among the most recent applicants, you stand out to me the most. However, before I let you in, I just have a few other questions to ask, which I'd prefer if you answer here so I can keep track. First, can I see some of your drawings? I'm always eager to discover talent, and I want to see what you're capable of. Even taking a picture of a drawing and posting it online will be fine.
Secondly, we've been having a recent issue with spies, especially after a recent attempted entry by one spy not long ago. You yourself just joined the wiki, yet the first thing you post in is on our talk page. Now, I'm not saying for sure that you're a spy, but why didn't you post on any other wiki pages, and why did you apply to us as soon as you joined the wiki? What other clans did you look at, and why didn't you decide to join them instead? This is all so we can make sure that our members are truly people who want to be in Requiem, so I hope you will forgive the intrusion on this matter.
