Regarding Clans

For the most part, yes, although I think that for this particular instance, it might be better to directly point this out to the leader of the clan in question instead of the clan talk page (I'm under the impression that talk page is ignored more often than not). Perhaps they aren't as literate, nor have they any idea how to go about this (hmm... I think I mentioned something about this to someone at some point in regards to a guide). Let me just being by saying I really appreciate the formality and length of your messages. You, like myself, seem to enjoy formality which I highly value in our position of power. Now, on to your questions.

1. Can a clan have multiple achievements?

I have no objection to a single clan having multiple achievements. I feel that if a clan works hard and earns them then there is no issue. I will have a problem if one clan becomes SO powerful and complete that it contains most or all of the achievements.*

2. Can I clarify the meaning of the "Toughest Clan" achievement?

I am currently working re-writing all achievements and I also have four more achievements I will release at some point. As to the current definition this refers to the wiki rules and all wars AFTER the establishment of the Hall of Fame. This is such because there is no record that can be trusted, no offence to and recorded kept before the HoF.

3. Can Requiem receive the Toughest Clan achievement?

As to the way I am currently working, formatting, and designing I believe I must sadly decline your request. If you will allow me to explain my decision; I have set up the Achievements to be locked or "Not Yet Opened." The reason I have done this is to prevent my fear above (*) from happening. By not awarding clans until we have set parameters and rules for each achievement. By keeping them locked for some time this prevents a single clan from swooping in and, playing the rules, claiming all the achievements. I do not claim that this is your attempt, I believe this is far from the truth, but I need to keep things running smoothly. Therefor, I believe that I must continue to open one achievement up at a time, reviewing clans who are eligible, and then awarding as such. You are correct in Requiem's records, which I formally recognize here and now, and I will keep these in mind when I do finally release the Toughest Clan achievement.

Final Note:

I would like to thank you for keeping up with the Clans on this wiki. I am working very hard on these achievements and sadly I feel I am alone on this. My fellow Hall of Fame Officials Genj0709, Archlight, and even Lizargeco are all pulling away from this wiki for their own personal reasons leaving me to control and monitor all clan movements. I am working with our new SysOp and Hall of Fame official Extreme Speed and I am going to teach him how to code, and in time run the Hall of Fame. But, this will take quite some time.

So, what I ask is that you please be patient with me. The Hall of Fame is currently being completely rebuild and will indeed take some time. I hope that when this is set and ready I will be much more understandable :D. I thank you for your time in reading my LONG message.

Well, you're half right Red. I am 1/2 way in the "pool" in choosing to either kick their a** and do something, or leaving them be, and i see you point about INSANE not truley applying in this situation. But, i also feel that things like this, as annoying as they are, should be dealth with in a more...uhh...diplomatic(?) way, giveing said clan time to either accept that they failed at doing whatever it was they were trying to do and leave, or point out their honest mistake and let them change their name.

Well Red, the time has come. You stated that The Gods of the Phoenix had 3 days to do something before you and Requiem wiped them off the face of the earth. Its been 4 days since that post (i think), and you havent done anything as of yet... Talk about 1 foot in and 1 foot out. Plus, if this new clan sees you guys as all bark and no bight, who knows what else they might do. So, hop to it, that is if you were ever going to take any action from the start...(?)

Thank you for your kind words, I respect your wish to have the Knights of Falconreach 'eliminated' Hatowarrior has gone inactive for a while as she was busy in real life and could not manage the clan, she was planning to have the clan disbanded but Jooda apparently stepped in to stop it. However, my clan, the Yokai Guard is in it's founding stages an so is in a very weak state and I do not plan to engage in any war or any arguments with any other clans at this period, it's a bit too dangerous and risky, which you, as a clan leader, might understand. In summary, I agree with you and your views on the Knights of Falconreach and Jooda, and the Yokai Guard will be there. The above are just some precautions to take.

Well, I had a little trouble deciding due to that, however, I did note that you didn't exactly say "to join or sign-up (or w/e), you need to click link and sign up (or w/e you do on your site). Also noted that you didn't post any requirements if you had any (although, those weren't a real major thing for me in deciding). Jooda was blocked some time ago by myself. He poses no more threat to the wiki than any other individual member. Alleble Knights page COULD be remade by another member, but considering Jooda no longer has access to the wiki (or as far as I can tell), I doubt he'll pose a threat here. I've heard from my friend, or more likely, cousin, Gorilla Warrior that some still think that Knights of Falconreach is not founded by me but by Jooda. People also think I left the clan alone and waited for it to die. But I did not, I was forced to leave the game temporarily in real life. In truth, I really would rather people think Jooda founded the clan. My dear friend i am sorry for what my brothers actions may have caused upon the wiki. My dear brother though it would be undoubtly amusing to post an alliance request to every clan on the wiki. I am sorry about this, TheiLoc is currently not looking for allies we are looking for members as we have been under 20 members for over a year ever since one of the member betrayed us and deleted our site. On another note the clan known as Knights of Falconreach is NOT our ally and never was, I myself had never heard of them but i semmed my brother had joined them. im on ch.49 right now,i like the demon storyline of kobi which is very neat and detailed.i also like the different personalities of the characters because it gives them more life.also the dialogue is quite interesting.i liked the jake vs. kobi battle in chapter 44, good amount of action and terror, also i really like the detail of the fight.so until we chat again keep up the good work and hope things go well. As you stated on Defiance's clan talk, we are not yet ready to forge an alliance with Requiem. I trust and respect your judgement in this matter, but I also cannot reform Defiance's ways for a single alliance. With all do respect, our primary goal is to reform the wiki's working. We want to gain and use the trust of our allied clans and our friends within them in order to bring them all closer together and end the pointless feuds between them and everyone. I may have declared pointless war myself, in the past, but I have also learned how pointless it was.
Our goal is change, and if change requires changing our standards for the purpose of one alliance, then how could I agree to such a contradictory action? All I'm saying is we would love to forge an alliance with you in the future, but we have other priorities that (to us) come before one such as this.

Be the change you wish to see

Who knows? Maybe someday we can work out a lasting alliance between ourselves, but for now, I must hold our goals and beliefs before my desire to forge such an alliance.

It does seem that one of the Hall of Fame Officials (Nafets) is currently a bit busy with life. He helps with achievements, and that may be why none have been recently handed out. It also might be because the people in charge of this department are holding a few back as not to allow too many to go out at one time. As for reasons why some of the pages have not yet been updated, I have no idea.
Oh, and one small thing. Unless you have been given authority to do so by a current Hall of Fame Official, could you please not edit the page, but rather suggest we update something? It just seems appropriate that unless the situation requires editing by another user in an elevated position, the page remains edited by the registered officials.

Well, good that you've cleaned up the clan talk. For my personal answer to the question set out, I'd whip out the, umm, banana, peel it and throw it in his face. I'd drop the peel in front of him, so while he angrily advances while wiping bits of mushy banana out of his eyes, he slips on the skin (Does happen. I'm citing Mythbusters here :3) and smacks his head on the ground. While he is stunned I drop my full weight onto his chest (Knee drop ftw) to further drive the wind out of him, and then rabbit punch him twice for good measure. Diplomacy. :D

Oh, yeah, and you were asking about the school I'm going to, potentially. Briton Sussex Med School, or BSMS. Exciting place to be.

Good luck with your exams too, they must be coming up soon. Take a hiatus if you need to, cos the exams have to come first. But then, I'd imagine you do fine, and I don't really know how your system works. I have only 3 subjects, so there's a lot to do on them. Thank God I dropped physics (Ooh, pun. Physics, forces, drop, gravity. Hmm.). Loada hooey that was, the only interesting part is particle & quantum. The rest is too mundane.

Ok, that seems reasonable, we'll see how it goes with R.A.G.E too. I personally don't get how it'll work without its own page, but its all up to whatever Speed wants. If no one joins either, or it gets out of hand though, i think that it will a more than clear enough indicator that alliance groups dont seem to mix well with the wiki.

Anyway, good to see that you're still getting applications and new members. About the most recent application, Salazen Grum...there used to be a clan of that name, and the profile, while high level, appears to be relatively young...well, whatever. I am no way going to war I don't see it as a justified reason. The image was no longer being used as your page was GONE. Also there was no Copyright Symbol so it is free to use. Although I do not see what I did was so wrong I am still sorry and have replaced the picture. I would also like to mention that I know you've been sending in spies. You shouldn't be all angry at me for an image when you are constantly sending spies into almost every clan there is.

Rules Change, or Why Requiem was Deleted Again

Be Fair & Balanced - This is for the staff. A wiki staff member (SysOp, HoFO, etc.) may not use their privileges for the benefit of their clan. (HoFOs cannot give their clan achievements, and clan-leading SysOps cannot restore their own clan: You have the same rights as every clan leader, no more or less.)

You must now submit a restoration form to return the clan, leaving it to be judged by the first non-Requiem SysOp to see it. All decisions made by the restorer may be influenced by their own biased opinions. Not to mention that since you are inactive on both the wiki and forums, you have been placed into the Retired category, which is pending a rights changing sweep by Al. Not really relevant at the moment, but until an activity spike occurs, that is your status.
