I'm afraid that that's something outside the Wiki; you need to find a program that will convert your .bmp file to a .jpg file. Most picture viewers will do that — you need to explore the program that you use (which is that?).

By the way, you need to sign your messages on Talk pages. You can either do it by clicking on the "signature" icon above the editing screen (second from the right) or by typing ~~~~.
