Dear Ssbboverlord,
As to your question Harmoire, this monster can be found after you solve the SleuthHound Mystery Inn Mystery. After you solve the whole story you will enter a cut-scene where you begin to fight it. When the scene ends, you will be able to fight Harmoire.
