I get it, i get it. It's really frustrating, you know? I saw the contract on the Order of Twilights page and thought it was a nice idea. So, i start to point it out to smoe of my allies and include it in the alliance messages to clans who im not allies with yet. But then, clans like ShadowsofChaos and Defiance begin to say things like "help help! hes going to attack me!" or "don;t make us declare war on you!". Yet, if they had even read the contract they would have seen that those were no where near the contracts intentions.

Ok, i tried, i really did, but it seems that the ShadowsofChaos are just set in making some kind of war out of this. This is what he posted on my talk page in response to me wanting to end this calmly.

Also ShadowsOfChaos is indeed planning a war with (i cant tell u the clan name as that would ruin the element of surprise and u will most prob help them so sorry i cant tell u)therefore,i feel what we are doing now is appropiate and i do not believe Defiance would send u ANY war threats at all.In my opinion they are trying to tell u that if u war with us they will help us that is all.So i hope u understand why we are making so much precautions because we are indeed preparing for a future war.

Okay, what I want is a way to tell every clan about an announcement concerning the Contract Against Chaos. If I just put it on my page, I can't guarantee anyone will see it. So can I make a 'clan' page (just a page with the clan tag) that explains it, lists problems, and tells everyone that it is NOT about declaring war on every chaos clan? And then the other clan leaders (leaders only) can discuss it on the talk in a civilized manner. They can tell each other calmly what their views are, without unnecessary chaos. Okay, strike that. Lol "War Monitoring" was easy in this case. The Shadow Lords of Defiance haven't posted that they're still participating in the war. I've checked the Hall of Fame discussion and your page and it seems that Defiance has won the war by default-Akiyama25

Clan Creation

1. Nope. To own one clan and to co-lead another would mean that to some extent, you own two clans (You should only ever need one clan)

2. Another nope. If a person cannot create their own clan, then obviously they don't have the means to maintain it and keep it active.

Re:Faction Banners

Due to life outside the wiki I have been quite busy. College stuff -_-. As to the badges I do believe that you should distribute them when they are done. I am still working on them but I will message you right away when then are finished.

On another topic I have a few things I really need to talk to you about.
1. I feel we need to come up with a single Clan Deletion Warning notice that all of the HoFO use. A single color and format. I think both of us using something different is confusing.
2. I think that we should all meet up, the HoFO I mean, and figure out who runs who. A few of the new ones don't know what they are to do. We need to specify and make sure.
3. We need to look at who is still active as a HoFO. Liz is still around, though rarely and I believe Genj0709 is inactive.

Overall. we need to review the Hall of Fame. With then new running of the Clan site we will need to reformat all of this.

GRRRRR...

I'm sorry about all this. It seems like no one will cooperate. We've sort of got things straightened out with the Chaotic clans, no thanks to Beta Wolf. I'm not trying to tattle or accuse, but this would have all been straightened out much earlier if he had just let us work things out. Worse Donut tried to make a page with the details on it, but Beta Wolf deleted that. I never even saw the page, so I don't know why it was deleted. It could have even been a good reason, I don't know. But the second time, I did all the correct format. I labeled the page right and tagged it, and told what the contract was, what it meant (and more importantly what it DID NOT MEAN), and how to join. It was just like a clan for clans. But Beta Wolf deleted that one too. And it is just too confusing to go back and forth between user/clan talks like this. So everything is pretty much sorted out, but I think some Sysops could have been a little more helpful with all this.

Did I ever tell you how SLOW war monitoring is??? Haha nobody is having any wars that involve 2 opposing forces on the wiki, either that or else nobody is having wars...And wow you've been quiet lately...just like everyone else. If you're in Canada bring me back virtual bacon ;) Also, how am I supposed to find wars without going through EVERY single discussion page? As we are the most active...and probably only active HoFOs I feel we need to get some system down right now. As of now we do not have anyone running the war listing and we have many many applicants for Faction Leaders. I feel like our HoF is falling apart. Pulling out?

I think that Drumroll91'sClan Merciless Assassins of Doom are trying to pull out of the war for the title "Evil Faction Leader" but they cant. he has send me messages subjected on the war about it being pointless (Quoted Here:"I don't believe that this pointless war should go on. It is a silly way to settle a petty dispute.")And Here:I hate war. I'll say it a million times. War killed HAOTS my old clan. The war had no porpose just like this one.) I know you said that I should not be talking to you, but i have an idea for a completely accurate voting process. Anyways it would be wise o post a message on all of the active clan pages (unincluding mine and assassins guild) to vote for the evil faction leader. However, only the clan leaders can vote and we can make a special page just for the replies. It will be obvious if there are any hack because their nnames will not be the same as the clan leaders on the edits. It's a great idea when you think about it. Juust have them reply in the format... My clan ________ supports *(clan they vote for here)* for the evil faction leader. I will post this to Liz as well. This system is way more accurate because this war thing is kinda dumb. I am a role player. I don't care too much about leveling up, just the story line and my clan. I'm not an XP monger and hate people who brag about being a high level... I doesn't prove anything but that the person wasted their time (my opinion). Thanks for your time and consideration.

Can you postpone the war between the assassin guild and M.A.D since drumroll91 doesn't want a battle.

First, as for competition over faction titles. If both clans agree to a vote, then have a vote. But if one of them wants a PvP match, then we should give them a PvP match. It's only fair.

As for "new factions," sure, go ahead. But don't make it "Anti-Chaos." Name it something like "Balance" or "Equilibrium." We don't want any rage wars going on. As for non-wiki clans, they are excluded from the wars. If they don't have a page here, they aren't in it.

Oh, and by the way, great work! It's good to have someone as helpful as you on the team xD

1. I honestly think the wars are a good idea, though they complicate and take much longer. I worry about votes because then I believe the clan with most members would simply win because they have more votes; unless you mean every clan on the wiki has their leader vote for who is more fitting. I could see that work. Easy too.

2. We as HoFO do not have any power over clans located off of this wiki unless they have a page on here and keep constant with their updates. If they do not do both of these it makes it 100X harder to monitor and make sure everything is running smoothly. To answer your question, if that does happen and the non-wiki clan does not have a constantly updated page then we have no power and can not monitor them. Also, no rewards or badges can be given to clans without the updated page on this wiki. Hopefully "the site" will help us make clan wars easier.

6)Each leader will select 1/5 of their PvP players at a time.

7)2 players from their respective clans will fight in 1v1 combat(Keep trying until you get opposing teams)

8)Meet at a designated team captain chosen by the leaders of the clans fighting.(Ex. Clan leader A agrees with B to meet at blue/red captains for PvP Combat)

9)1 HoFO MUST be present and watching to make sure everyone plays fair

10)1 kill=1 win. Of the 2 clans fighting whoever has the most wins out of all 5 battles win this section of the match and advances to the next round.

Miltonius wants us to update the rules-Amulets allowed. When fighting a non-mem must use copper.

Aki's view:It's quite easy to have both kinds of amulet in your inventory and fake. This will open doors for clans to cry foul and mess the game up.

• With all the windows for cheating and argument here (HoFO's not allowed/People can lie about amulets by holding two in their inventory so we cannot prove which 1 they wore) this I swear will have every clan who entered at each others throats.

Balance

I don't know, but it seems to much a cliche faction. That and the fact that Balance seems to fit almost hand in hand with Neutral. I'm sorry if my insight is wrong for some reason, but I was just pointing out that it seems lower class the some of the other factions, especially evil at the moment.

@Aki: Can you post what Miltonius said here? Lest you can link me to the page where he said it, that'd be great.

New faction for HoF?

Hey, representing the Knights of Swordhaven, I'd like to suggest that rather than a Balance faction, a Unity faction is needed as a rival for the Chaos faction. Considering how most factions have an opposite (Good and Evil, Vamp and Lycan), I'd guess Unity is appropriate. Also, if there were to be a Unity faction, we would be more fitting under it since we are the enemies of chaos.

I Agree

Unity should be the new name of Balance. It seems much less cliche in the long run, and would make more compete for the actual faction leader spot. It also seems more logical that it would be the opposite of chaos, rather than balance, when you look at the actual definitions and mutual meanings of the words.

Well, we are two and a half years old...not less than a week. xD But I guess we're talking about the wiki age here, so alright then. Hopefully, by the middle of January or so we can still apply. :D

Rules

• No Potion/Scrolls
• Sliding & Room Hopping is aloud
• Camping is aloud for 40 seconds and must be warned at 30 seconds
• (Can we limit it to 3 members instead of 5 members if so there will be 3 rounds and 1 round will be up to 3 kills
• Violating any of the rules means disqualification
• No Safezone unless you get 1 kill.
• If a member is fighting a non member member should use cooper amulet(Let the member delete his silver or bronze amulet and buy a gold it can be seen in his/her character page.

IMPORTANT:

• There will be class tiers 1-4 each round the person should use a class in one of these tiers.
• Here are the tiers:

Tier 1

• No Class
• Rustbucket/Protosartroium/Enforcer
• Dragonslayer
• Clawsuit

Tier 2

• Healer/Acolyte/Witch
• Paladin
• Bard
• Doomknight

Tier 3

• Warrior/Warlord/Beast Warrior/Pumpkin Lord
• Defender
• Guardian
• Starlord
• Chronomancer

Tier 4

• Rouge/Renegade/Leprechaun/Pirate/Barber/Alpha Pirate/Vampire
• Mage/Sorcerer
• Dragonlord
• Ninja/Assassin
• Shaman

Here hows the works with the tiers this is the tournament for the best pvp clan in the wiki and here are the rounds and tier works:

Round 1 will be performed only with tier 1-4 classes

Round 2 will be performed only with tier 1-3 classes

Round 3 will be performed only with tier 2-3 classes

Semi Finals will be performed only with tier 3 classes

And the Finals will only be performed with tier 4 classes

(If for example 1 guy is using a tier 2 class and the other is using a tier 4 class its up to the lower class person to allow if the guy with the higher tier to use that class.)

And I didnt say that battles wont be monitored by refs but using 5 vs 5 there will be no room for the refs in battleon thats what i meant.-_- thats why I said to lessen the number of clan members to join that it will be just 3 vs 3 and on a 1 vs 1 style cause the wiki is flooded by non members.

I'm going to have to disagree heavily about the rules he has set-up. It adds about three more things for the officials to monitor, making it harder on them. And the amulet thing, I'm a member, but own no member things other than the amulet. It would be very easy for me to pass myself as a member and take a silver or gold amulet in and win. Another thing is the saferooms. One official can't take the time to chase one guy to the saferoom and ask him who he kihttp://aqworldswiki.com/index.php?title=User_talk:Extreme_speed&action=editlled. Yes, it would be easier if the person doing the killing would call out the name of who he killed, but that makes it a lot easier to cheat if the official is in another room. I can elaborate if needed, but I think, overall, this needs to be hosted by someone else. Miltonius and his rules are just..whack.

Uhmm...Well, I think at the very least we MUST remove the tier classes. This actually could FORCE competitors into buying and training classes they're not used to, thus putting some players at disadvantages and vice versa. As for the 5vs5, not everyone needs to join at once, just come when they're needed to fight. In all we could technically keep the room down to 3 people in the fight. To limit the competitors to 3...Well if you want you can. People can equip whatever class they prefer. It's the players choices what classes to train and get used to. Rogue is a classic class, but every player has the chance to use it. This is indeed over the best PvPing clan, but with restrictions like this...And for the record.Non-member/Members and Servers had nothing to do with this. Every server has the same capabilities. I have nothing to protest about safezoning, as I fully agree with that. You did however, tell me that "I've been in tons of clan wars" as a reason for choosing these rules. May I ask why now you're saying they're some other persons idea? Also, I know some very advanced PvP players who can crush rogues with mere warrior. Selection of class is going to have to be the players choice though. • May I suggest adding this rule in place of "no movement"? No running back and forth without attacking for the purpose of resting on each side of the same door. No running back to your safezone until after you've gotten the kill/died. Running to your safezone early can/will be considered forfeit. I assume you could find a better way to phrase this, but it allows movement for mages and dragonlords and stuff, but it restricts them from resting during the fight. Otherwise someone could get close to a kill then his target would run off and rest, then no one would ever get a kill...

Oh, But..

I was going to use the clans forums as a means of contact, But I noticed that the Assassin(s) Guild only has one member signed up on their forums. I am not sure whether it is the listing on the clans page or the number of signed up members of their forum or not, just letting you know. Could you clarify? From what I see, the rule stats you must have at least five members, and from what I'm seeing, they have five members listed, but they are either fake or inactive.

Clan PVP

Seeing as I'm not HoF, I think it may be wise to contact you considering that my decisions don't really count for this HoF thing, however, Demonstriker590 appears to be a member of two different pvp teams... for one he's the captain, the other a member of the team.

I've also been asked to enquire as to the no ammy rule. The reason for this is due to the power of shaman. Apparantly a shaman with full wizard enhancements can deal a 1.7k attack using dry lightning, thus giving no chance for any other pvp teams (seeing as the move could one hit KO a whole team). Hi, don't think I've had the pleasure of meeting you before. So, hello. ^_^

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I've found a typo on the main clan thread of the wiki. Under 'Clan Achievements', you've incorrectly put, to quote: 'Clans are awarded by the Clan Hall of Fame for many reasons.' Shouldn't it be Achievements? Again...

Me being my nosey self poking around through your conversations...I've already brought up the matter of Demonstriker590 with Mj121. We've let Demon choose and he will be on Elite's PvP Team for the Tournament. Yeah...I tend to look at stuff when I see a name I recognize... So anyways I've had plenty of people come to me and ask "What time is the tournament?" and I did have a question over this...1) When will we designate times for clans to meet up? It's obvious due to time zone differences and the sheer amount of time this will take we can't pull it off in 1 day which entails giving 2 clans a certain time then having the HoFO report back. If a clan doesn't show up on time are they disqualified? 2)How, may I ask, do we plan on making sure 2 clans and the said HoFO are all on time? You'll have to give a time/timezone and give the leaders a link to a timezone map in case they don't know what time to be on. Sorry if you already have this stuff, but I seem to be...Ummm...In the dark in a matter of speaking...
