You don't request a new clan, simply create a new page. Hopefully, you know how to create a new page. Always remember when creating a new clan on this wiki: use the Clan: prefix before your clan name. Any further issues, please post on my talk.

In reply to your Clan Hall of Fame faction application, it has been denied. My only reason being is that are is no "Time" faction in your Hall of Fame. Apologies for any inconvenience that this may have conveyed.
