This river used to be a nice, peaceful place to spend a day fishin'... until the Fishmen and their leader Kuro showed up! Now those fishfolk have taken over the River, and they don't seem to like us Fishermen. Still, I'm bettin' that if we scare off their leader, the rest of 'em will scramble home right quick. Just bring me back one of Kuro's tentacles and we'll prove to those Fishmen that we mean business! (Bring back a Kuro Tentacle to complete this quest)
