Considering that was the first thing he/she did, it was assumed that is what the account was made for. Putting gibberish in pages, & he/she should've read that the page was only used for Clan Restorations.

How doesn't my logic follow? He created an account, and shortly after, he just put random gibberish into pages. I gave him a 2^nd chance by just erasing it, just in case it was a mistake. When he did it a 2^nd time, it was clear that the account was made for putting gibberish. Most people advertise their clan on the page, that deserves a warning, but random gibberish deserves a ban, especially if the account was just made.

See, when a user makes a new account, you have to consider why they made it. IF they make no edits, they probably made it just to have one. If they try to make a clan, it's given. If they advertise external sites, its also given and deserves a ban, as that would be what they intended to do when making the account and thus be its purpose. The same applies when vandalizing or inserting randomness into pages. It's a matter of psychology more than solid logic.
