- You need not ask Extreme speed to create a clan and you don't need to apply. You don't need to ask permission of any sort. Just click this link and begin editing.
Also, your link doesn't work for this reason: When there is a space is the character's name, replace the space with %20 to make it work. Also, remember to make sure you meet all requirements found on Category:Clans.

You clan page was deleted because you didn't meet requirements and your grace period ended about 12 hours ago. However, if you can send us a message on Category Talk:Clans, we might be able to restore it. The faster you do, the more chance we'll decide to.
