The war is already over. We won the war against Shadows of Necra. They have fought with dignity, and showed that they are brave. Now, I think we are in position to get the Evil Faction Title. I know HoF ignores war, but in this situation, we have proved that we, Genesis, suit more in the Evil Faction title.

Problematic?

You're funny. Incredibly short-sighted, but funny.

The '/join' function is being re-implemented in Bludrut which would make setting up teams much easier and any child who understands the basic mechanics of PvP could tell you that DoomWood Arena has about as much balance as Cysero has friends.

Without Amulets this 'tournament' would just be some talentless Brazilian picking Mage/Sorcerer and sending off a 700 damage Ice Shard followed by the finishing 1,200 Fireball. But if you enjoy one-shot kills and riggedness, you're going in the right direction.

Try working with the 'PvP' clans of AQW for a while. Unlike this bunch they actually know how to set up a match. And fgsfds, if someone decided not to use the Amulet it's their fault for not equipping. It's not even expensive, so not buying it is the very definition of stingy.

Also Warrior; lol full luck, stun and prep. crit. If someone couldn't do that I'd suggest they go back to grade school.

Chaos Shaper

Take into consideration the random factor though. The potential is there to cause a whole heap of damage to yourself instead. It's a risk even using it in a pvp match, thus balancing the odds. If what you're saying comes into factor, you may as well keep all those classes up there, add rogue and Necromancer to the list, as they deal 5k damage without the same drawbacks as the mana burning, risk taker, chaos shaper. There's also mage that can deal whopping damage at a distance, although not the same as shaman I'll admit. Then add on BB, because I've used it and hit for going to 2.1k with massive heals. I consider Chaos Shapers massive drawback a rather large balance. I could deal more damage with Necromancer (as stated above) with just one move. In fact, I could easily solo more bosses with these classes (I base this for pvp for endurance) than I could with Chaos Shaper. Necromancer for one can solo any and every boss asides from Ledgermayne, and that's Ledgermayne WITHOUT standing on safe zones, not him with safe zones. Rogue can almost make the same effort. Regardless of whether everyone can use it or not, that isn't the point. There are several overpowered classes far stronger than Chaos Shaper, chronomancer, etc. In fact, most classify those classes as rather UP compared to the class majority. Not sure where you're getting your info from, but it's wrong. The classes that should be up there, as derko stated, start with ninja. Ninja is equal to godmode in 1v1. I'm not even sure why ninja hasn't been restricted completely yet. No.2 is that, if you're going to restrict these classes based on potential, you may as well restrict rogue, warrior, 'zerker, necromancer, shaman, mage, paladin, dmk, defender, dragonlord, starlord, guardian, leprechaun, healer and even both of the clawsuits (which are so UP noone uses them, but still hold massive damage potential) --Beta Wolf, An AQWorlds Wiki SysOp. | ^{(Talk Page)} 00:58, 11 July 2011 (EDT)

banned classes

Plenty of classes can provided 1 hit / 2 hit KOs i.e. Shaman can, Dragonlord can, Beserker can, Necromancer can but your not banning those. It seems stupid to ban a class because it can be strong and dont forget 40% of the time chaos shaper backfires on the user

Why don't you just ask the players if they are okay using a certain class? If one has CS and one has Pirate and the pirate is okay with the other guy using CS whats the point in banning it?

There will always be complaints i.e. "I lagged", "he was a flame" etc. There won't be any complaints if its simple. Both players must agree on the class on the hof list, if they do no one can complain. If they don't the rules are simple and no one can complain.
