When he casts Mind Twist, he can regenerate some of his health until his shield is broken. His health regenerates more rapidly than the standard Kathool. This plays the messages "Ultra Kathool casts Mind Twist! Quickly break his shield!" and "Ultra Kathool is regenerating." He can cast Kathool's Gaze and increase your mana costs for a while, while also doing extra damage in the process. This plays the message "Mana costs increased, while Kathool's Gaze is upon you!"
