"Artix was sooo excited about this, um, “holiday”, that Dage the Evil took it upon himself to make some totally taco-licious gear." - Beleen Taco Day was an idea brought up in a tinychat chatroom to Artix by your fellow players Eonaleth, Abe V Helsing, Severin, and Nafets. This was discussed over Twitter. The original plan was for a Sock-Taco day but they changed it to simply Taco Day.
