Mana Regeneration: StarLords gain mana when they:
- Strike an enemy in combat (More effective on crits)
- Dodge Any Attack (restores HP as well)

Description: A rapid attack studied only by a reclusive few
Use: Attacks continuously until either target or player is dead.

Pulse Compression
Description: A Moderately powerful ranged attack. Applies Pulse Compression, reducing the targets haste by 15% for 6 seconds.
Use: Deals average damage (between max. hit and min. hit possible) and applies pulse compression, reducing targets haste by 15% for 6 seconds.
Mana Cost: 20
Unlocks at rank: 1
Recharge Time: 3 seconds
Pulse Dilation
Description: If pulse compression is present on the target, deals heavy damage. Otherwise it applies shearing a 3 second stun dealing no damage.
Use: Attacks 1 target and if pulse compression is applied deals 200% bonus damage, if not, deals 0 damage and applies shearing, a 3 second stun.

Energy Arc
Description: Emits a burst of energy that hit up to 3 targets. Also applies Loose Energy, a moderate DoT, to each. Use: Attacks 3 enemies at once. Applies a DoT.

High Energy Arc
Description: Emits a burst of energy that will hit up to 3 targets, dealing less damage with each bounce, returning part of the damage as HP if the target is affected by pulse compression.
Use: Hit up to 3 targets, getting weaker each bounce and replenishing health with each hit if pulse compression is active.
