Malorie's "Membership Dues" quests are currently the fastest way to rank up factions in the game. By stockpiling a load of Super Fan Swag Token A's (you can have up to 100 of them at any one time) and using a Rep Boost, you can rapidly rank up in the faction of your choice with 10,000 rep every time you turn in the quest for the given faction. Racking up so many tokens takes a great deal of time and grinding, however, so it is best to save your Rep Boost for when you are finished and ready to rank up.
