Occasionally, the Chaos Harpy will use Chaos Venom which poisons players with a medium DoT that lasts for 25 seconds. Once in a while, she will take a deep breath and then shriek, which applies a high DoT to the players. When this happens, players will need to use any Shriekward Potions they have equipped to remove the DoT from themselves. While she prepares to shriek, a message plays that says, "Watch out!
