O'Carolan's Reel Attack Type: Magical Description: Perfect for skirmishes, brawls, battles, wars, and fighting in general, O'Carolan's Reel applies a Heal-Over-Time (HoT) effect to all nearby allies. Rank Required: 3 Mana: 30 Cooldown: 12 Seconds
