I built a hydro-kinetic generator to convert the movement of water into clean energy but General Pollution's Chaos fumes have effected Kuro and Water Elementals tending the Wheel. They can get the wheel cleaned up and moving again if you can gather 4 Water Cores from the Water Elementals and a Chaotic Water Core From Kuro.
