I do like that suggestion but I have a feeling that is not needed. We as SysOps are working on a whole new system for clans. This will be held off the wiki. It is coming along well and we will try to keep y'all posted. But, thanks for the suggestion.

I will help... and also need help. Internet is a big world so I'll forward this to SoDa and look what we should do. We cannot just make a move without enough decision. Having a player join your clan doesn't mean they necessarily have to join the clan's forums too. And from what I've seen in most clans, including my own, players just come for the clan but not necessarily stay for the clan. So you can keep contact either by emailing the user, posting on their talk page, or their clan page.
But, the option of the Clan's forums is still an option, depending on how active and how regularly the leader checks the forums.
