What do you mean by that? Anyone should be able to create a clan page without special permissions... The only time you should require those is for clan page protection. What did you intend to name your clan? If it's telling you that you need permissions, you may be trying to create a page that was deleted and protected to prevent recreation by its original creators.

• Edit: Oh, Guild Destroyers? Clan:Guild Destroyers. Click that link and edit away. If it wont let you, I'll take a further look into it. Once its made, I can protect is for you and give you editing rights.
