AQW has a newly designed stats system, which is designed to help make gear choices more fun without placing so much emphasis on stats that newer players are left out. Our system focuses on the standard stats found in most RPGS:

  • Strength
  • Intellect
  • Dexterity
  • Wisdom
  • Endurace
  • Luck

We also have the following secondary stats:

  • Attack Power
  • Magic Power
  • Critical Strike Chance
  • Haste
  • Evasion Chance
  • Critical Strike Power
  • Hit Chance

Your character always has some baseline stats, which change depending on what class you currently are. In additional, equipped items may give you additional stats through their Enhancements.


Enhancements

In general, Strength and Dexterity are for physical classes, while Intellect and Wisdom are for caster classes. For more information, please consult the Character Overview Panel in-game by hitting "c" or clicking on the "Character Panel" icon on the main menu in the lower right corner of the screen.


Luck

Every point of Luck increases critical strike chance by 0.025%. This is insignificant and lucky enhancements should not be used for the sole purpose of increasing critical strike chance.


This is not stated in the game, but every point of Luck increases critical strike power by about 1.240% (relative to normal attack damage). As can be seen in the table, a high luck value can nearly double the damage of your critical hits. Essentially, this means that with a Luck value of 12, your critical strikes will be about 1.6x as powerful as normal strikes. With a Luck value of 133, your critical strikes will be 3.1x as powerful as normal strikes, and so on.

Classes with passive skills increasing critical strike chance (Rogue and Ninja have passives increasing critical strike chance by 15%) will greatly benefit from a full set of lucky enhancements.
