Apart from the Classes there's another System called Factions, that Ranks your Reputation.
To find out what your Reputation is: Click on your Char in Upper Left Corner, and then Click Reputation. A New Window opens with the Reputation you have. The Highest you can get is Rank 10.
Reputation is gained by Completing Specific Quests and will allow users to gain access to Items in the Faction Shops as they Rank Up. Daily Quests will give more Rep than other Quests but can only be done once a Day.
