- Mercutio was once Romeo's friend, but cursed the two lovers and their families following his mortal wound at the hands of Juliet's cousin Tybalt. The curse would prove to have farther reaching consequences than even he imagined. After being defeated Mercutio wanted the player to tell Moore (Romeo) and Jeluti (Juliet) that he is sorry about what he had done, adding that the curse will fade after his death.
