Only the owner of the map can use it. Really only needs to be used once. After that the areas are accessible from the normal map in the area marked Sandsea.
- When you've obtained the Dwakel Decoder, look around the map until the red circle turns green. The map will be able to take you to the Saloon when you click while the circle is green.
