Description
Inanitas, a DragonRune Spellsword. A mysterious swordsman taught him well but went missing. After looking out for his master, he unknowingly unleashed his "Evil" side. There was part of his personality that was Evil that is linked to a part of his origins. He is now able to freely control himself though and since then, he became what he is now, a soldier of Good!
WARNING: As of yet, the following information is "non-canon"...
Inanitas’s Spellsword magic is the ability to take the elements and solidify them and use them as a weapon. He can manipulate almost any element. His main two elements he uses are Good and Evil. He also has a hard time manipulating the Fear element. Inanitas’s mana focuses are his sister swords “Nought” and “Fortitude” which are the Lesser Elemental Orbs of Evil and Good. Inanitas’s sword skills are on par with Sepulchure’s. As Head of the Spellsword Arts in DragonRune, Inanitas has trained almost every Spellsword, including the Elemental Champion of Ice, Abel.
History
Inanitas's origins are unknown. Inanitas *was* a student of Warlic's, along with Sora and Alina. He is currently a teacher of Spellsword Arts at DragonRune and was sent to Aegis to find new students. He trains his students to master the Spellsword Arts and leads them in battles against the Queen.

Hi, Hero! My name is Inanitas Lightborne and I'm from DragonRune Hall. Enrollment is down so Warlic sent me to "search for new pupils to learn the arcane arts." Honestly, I think he just wanted me to leave him alone and go faaaaar away.

You want to know more about me? (Wow, I haven't been asked this before! What do I say?!) Well, my origins are a mystery, but I was taken in by an amazing swordsman who taught me everything I know! After a couple of years, he went missing. I went looking for him but that journey unleashed my Evil side. But eventually, I learned to control it. I don't deny that I have an Evil side, it's part of my past, but I will never again let it control my future!

Hey! I'm a Spellsword! Oh, you wanted to know more about them? Sure! Spellswords are more than just mages that swing weapons around! We harness the elements, make them solid, and use *that* as our weapon! It takes great skill and concentration! Ooo! Nice weapon you got there! Wait… What was I saying? Oh right! Right now I'm not taking any more students but maybe in the future Spellswords will get added to the game and I can teach you some tricks!

- Hopefully, more will be known about him in the future.
- Interestingly, Inanitas himself was also the writer of the Sky Tower Aegis hub town.
- Inanitas doesn't like squid. Probably one of his least favorite foods.
- Elemental Champions are one of the strongest beings in the AQW universe. That being said, he is about as strong as Sepulchure. Dage and Nulgath are a match for him but he has a decent shot at beating them. (not yet implemented in-game though)
- He initially trained Abel in the art of Spellswords and saw how Abel mastered the element of Ice, so he told him to stick with it. (not yet implemented in-game though)
