Class Overview
Rouges are quick-moving, deadly fighters. They prey on any weakness in their opponent, while using poisons and evasive footwork to their advantage.
Mana Regeneration: Rouges gain mana when they:
- Strike an enemy in combat, more on crits.
- Dodge any attack, also heals a bit.
Favorable Stats:
- Strength, increases damage and critical strike chance.
- Dexterity, increases haste, hit and evasion.
- Endurance, increases total hp, giving more survival.
- Luck, increases critical strike chance.
Skills
Auto Attack
Description: A rapid attack studied only by a reclusive few.
Effect: Continuously attacks target until opponent or player is dead.
MP Cost: -
Swing time: 1.5 seconds
Viper's Kiss
Description: Instantly cause 50% weapon damage, and apply a poison dealing additional weapon damage over 10 seconds.
Effect: Instantly causes 50% weapon damage and applies a poison dealing additional weapon damage for 10 seconds.
MP Cost: 20
Prerequisites: Rank 1
Recharge time: 3 seconds
Opportunity's Strike
Description: Deals damage based on how much time is left on your application of Viper's Kiss (less time means higher damage).
Effect: The lower the amount of time Viper's Kiss has left, the more damage this attack will deal.
MP Cost: 10
Prerequisites: Rank 2
Recharge time: 4 seconds
Stiletto
Description: Deals moderate damage, and applies Concealed Blade, causing your attacks to do more damage the lower your target's HP are (if below 40%) for 20 seconds.
Effect: Deals moderate damage, and applies Concealed Blade, causing your attacks to do more damage the lower your target's HP are (if below 40%) for 20 seconds.
MP Cost: 20
Prerequisites: Rank 3
Recharge time: 60 seconds
Footwork
Description: Increases your haste and chance to dodge by 30% for 15 seconds.
Effect: Increases your haste and chance to dodge by 30% for 15 seconds.
MP Cost: 25
Prerequisites: Rank 5
Recharge time: 30 seconds
Passive Skills
Unlocks at rank: 4
Elusive
Description: Dodge chance increased by 15%
Incisive
Description: Critical strike chance increased by 15%
Notes
- This is one of the four base classes, the others being Warrior, Mage, Healer.
- According to the characther panel rogues has 1.5 speed
- Rogue does 75% base damage of any weapon
- Same skillset as Pirate (or Alpha Pirate), Barber, Renegade and Vampire.
- If you have completed the quest chain of the rogue trainer Metrea it can be upgraded to Renegade(Members Only) for 5,000 gold.
- The best enhancements for this class are straight thief enhancements,as dexterity increases the things most important to it:hit chance,haste,evasion,and critical chance.
- This class is one of the best solo-ing classes in game,most likely the best non member one as well, athough bypassed by bezerker, doomknight, and dragonlord.
